    For inquiries regarding new admissions, please contact us for an appointment. All children will be scheduled for an assessment by a team of specialists, to determine the needs of the child and how the Rising Sun can best assist the child. Each child will get a recommended individual schedule, based on the outcome of the assessment.

     

    EMIRATI NATIONALS

    • Two recent colour passport size photographs
    • Copy of child's passport
    • Copy of parent's passport
    • Copy of child's birth certificate
    • Copy of child's immunization records
    • Copy of child's medical report from psychologist, therapist or school
    • Copy of child's disability or health card (if available)

     

    UAE RESIDENTS -
    ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES

    • Two recent colour passport sized photographs
    • Copy of child's passport and visa
    • Copy of passport and visa of the child's father and mother
    • Copy of child's birth certificate
    • Copy of child's immunization records
    • Copy of any medical reports, from psychologist, therapist or school
    • Copy of child's disability or health card (if available)
