Art and craft provide both a verbal and non-verbal means of expression. It is an excellent way to develop fine motor skills and communication. Utilizing colours, linear movements and textures, children explore sensory inputs and learn to cope with new stimuli. Art is a fun way to build confidence, where every child can be successful at creating beautiful pieces of art.

Music is a creative way to help children focus, improve their attention spans and regulate their senses. It is especially beneficial to children with autism and ADHD. Some children with difficulty expressing their emotions and needs using words, are able to form words and sing whole or part of songs, learning them by heart.
